This spacious home designed by Leon J. Pernice in Westfield is admittingly one of my favorite properties this season. Despite a rather unconventional layout, which features the living area and an office downstairs, as well as the bedrooms upstairs, it has a very welcoming feel to it. The outside area accessible right from the kitchen added to the comfort. I had a lot of fun photographing all the details and capturing the feel of this beautiful house.
