How do I book a session and how long in advance should get in touch with you?
To book a session get in touch with us and we’ll provide you with a quote. When you decide to go forward we can find a good spot on the calendar and we take it from there. For small sessions booking about 1-2 weeks out is recommended. If you have a bigger project you want to have documented, we recommend a longer lead time.
How far do you travel? Are there any travel fees?
We primarily work in the greater Northampton/Amherst area, but we are happy to travel to your location.There is no travel fee withing the blue area, Zone 1 is $ 60, for Zone 2 a fee of $ 90 applies. For locations outside those areas please send us an inquiry and we happily give you a quote.
* For Springfield Metro and Forest Park area no travel fees apply. Sixteen Acres, Indian Orchard and Boston Road are part of Zone 1 and there is a $ 60 surcharge.
You are offering drone services. Are you licenced according FAA's Part 107 rule?
Yes, Florian is licensed to operate UAVs (drones) under the FAA’s Small UAS Rule (Part 107) since September 2018.
Which rights Do I get with my photos?
In a nutshell you can use the image you receive to advertise the sale or rental of a property. Relisting by the same agent as well as sharing the images for non-commercial purposes with the owner of the property is allowed.
For real estate sessions the General Image License Terms as well as the Usage License for Standard Real Estate Listings apply. If you have any questions, please contact us before the shoot, so we have a common understanding of the terms.
How fast will I receive the final results for my real estate listing?
We know you like to have your final images rather sooner than later, so we aim to be quick. Images are delivered within 24-48 hours after the session. Videos, Floor Plans and 360 Tours can take up to 72 hours to complete. We also offer a same day delivery option for a small surcharge.
How will I receive my images or video?
Depending on the service you booked you will either receive an online gallery with your images to download or an MLS compatible listing page with the video or 360 tour embedded.
Are my videos or 360 tours MLS compatible?
Yes! With every video or 360 virtual tour you will receive a branded and unbranded listing page. The unbranded version is fully compatible with MLS.
Do I have to be on site during the session?
We prefer to meet in person during our first session together, so we can get a better feeling on what is important for you and how you work. However, once we had the pleasure of working with an agent, there is normally no need to join a session.
Do you have any recommendations for my clients to prepare for a session?
