Client Portal Guide
This guide aims to help with navigating the client portal for your real estate listings. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to send us a message.
Client Dashboard
To access your orders and listings log into your personal portal under https://listings.aspectsix.com. You can manage the details of your account, individual listings as well as see past and future session there.
LISTINGS: Manage your listing details, download images or customize the property website.
ORDERS: See all placed orders and their current status, including their appointment times. You can also download your invoice as a PDF here.
LEADS: Any potential customers, contacting you through the listing page are listed here.
TEAM: Mange your basic details here and add team members who are able to access your listings as well.
SETTINGS: General settings for your account.
Image Download
DOWNLOAD EMAIL
When the images for a listings are ready you will receive an email with a link to download / access all the media. Images can be downloaded all at once or individually.
To download all images at once, press the button showing the total number of images. To only download a single picture click the corresponding link shown under each image.
IMAGE QUALITY
There are two options shown when downloading photos: Print Quality or MLS quality. Based on how we upload our images they will provide you with the same result. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to deactivate the option at this point.
OPENING A ZIP FILE
Bulk images will be downloaded as a Zip archive. Once you have it saved on your computer you need to extract it. On a Windows PC it is easiest to right click on it and select “Extract All”.
DOWNLOAD VIA CLIENT PORTAL
You also have the option to download the images in the portal when selecting a specific listing. The download button is on the right side of the header image above your name.
Options for your Listings
For each listing you can manage the details, sort images or customize the property website.
PROPERTY DETAILS: Provide the important information to show up on the property website. This includes the description, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. You are also able to show the price if you’d like to. However, this would need updating in case the property price changes.
IMAGES: You can set the order of how the images are displayed (rearrange) as well as select which photos should be shown. Also, optionally captions can be provided to be shown in the gallery.
PROPERTY WEBSITES: Here you find the link to the branded and unbranded version of the website. Use the unbranded one for MLS and the branded one for sharing the listing on all other outlets.
ORDER DETAILS:This provides you with a link to the connected order and shows all the services chosen for the listing.
Property Page
Each listing has its own listing page, featuring a branded version for your personal marketing (e.g. Facebook) as well as an unbranded version which can be used on MLS.
HEADER IMAGE: The first image in the collection will be used for the header of the property page. If you would like to show a different one, sort it accordingly in the “Image” section of the listing.
DETAILS: The information about the property you have entered in the section “Property Details” will be shown here.
PAGE LINKS: The unbranded and branded links are available in the section “Property Websites”.
CUSTOMER LEADS: Potential buys have the option to contact you on the branded version of the property page. You will receive and email with their message. You can also see those message in your client portal under the menu item “Leads”.
