Terms + Conditions

  • Usage rights: Copyright of all images belong to Vicfri LLC dba Aspect Six. If not agreed otherwise (in writing) for all sessions the Standard Real Estate Listing – Usage License and the General Image License Terms apply.
    The listing agent has the right to use the images to market and sell the property. Re-listing by the same agents is permitted. The listing agent can also share up to 3 image with the buying agent for the purpose to advertise the successful transaction.

  • Payment: Payment is due on the day of the session. In case of late payment standard image delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

  • Rental properties: For images used to promote the rental of a property a 25% surcharge applies.

  • Travel Fee: For session within our standard travel area no additional fees apply, however a minimum order amount applies. For sessions outside the standard travel area please inquire for a quote.

  • Cancellation: A $ 95 cancellation fees applies if a shoot is postponed or canceled within 36 hours of the appointment. For sessions cancelled on site the fee is half the minimum order amount (Zone 1: $ 130, Zone 2: $ 185).

  • AI-Enhanced Images: Images that have been altered or enhanced using AI-based tools (such as virtual staging, sky replacement, or similar enhancements) are delivered with a visible disclaimer indicating the image has been digitally altered. Upon request, the disclaimer can be removed. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of AI-enhanced images complies with all applicable MLS rules, real estate disclosure requirements, and fair representation standards.

  • Floor Plan Accuracy: The measurements for floor plans are indicative only and Aspect Six doesn’t guarantee accuracy of the measurements. We don’t recommend to use them as a base to calculate individual room sizes or total square foot of a home.

  • Image delivery: High resolution images (2048 px on the long edge) as well as floor plans will be delivered in an online gallery within 24-48 hours after the session.

  • Video delivery: Videos are 1920×1080 px. Delivery can take up to 72 hours.

  • Drone: Drone services are provided under FAA rules and are depended on weather and other environmental conditions.

  • All prices as per April 2026, can be subject to change.
