Into the Meadow

Set into an open meadow, this ADU was designed to match the style of the main house while making the most of roughly 600 square feet. The layout keeps things simple: one bedroom and a main living area that carries the home. Natural materials and large windows invite the landscape right inside, so the meadow becomes part of every room.

A 1975 Home, Reimagined

I first photographed this home in 2024, right before it went up for sale. Now, after a full renovation by Mill River Renovations, I got to come back and capture it again.

A Home Among the Hills

Tucked into the hills of Washington, Massachusetts, this home expansion embraces its surroundings the moment you step inside. Natural materials and abundant wood set a warm, grounded tone throughout, inviting you to slow down and simply be present in each room.

Villa on Main

This 1863 Italianate villa sits above Main Street in Amherst Center, with mountain views and southern light in nearly every room. Architect William Fenno Pratt of Northampton designed it for Henry Hills, whose family ran a palm-leaf hat business that helped build the town in the 1800s.

Single-Floor Living

Photographing this Accessory Dwelling Unit on a stunning autumn day was a rewarding experience. Crafted by Integrity Development & Construction and designed by Chao Designs, the one-floor living space features a central, expansive area. The all-electric setup emphasizes energy efficiency, accentuated by the striking Shou-Sugi-Ban siding.

Dome-Style Kit Home

I often photograph traditional Colonial and Ranch-style homes. So, capturing a contemporary design is a refreshing change.
