The Important basics
Client Portal
We of course will send you emails with all the details about your sessions and completed listings, but you can also access the information in the client portal under https://listings.aspectsix.com/portal. To learn more about what you can do in this central hub see our Guide to your Client Portal.
Session Preparation & Cancellation Policy
To guarantee the best photos, the property should be ready to be photographed by the start of the session. To help your clients with the preparations we have a put together a Getting Ready Checklist.
We understand that things can change and sessions might have to be moved or cancelled. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible and accommodate changes. However, for changes withing 36 hours before the start time of the session a cancellation fee of $ 85 applies. For session cancelled at the location there might be additional fees.
Image Usage
In a nutshell all activities to promote the sale or rental of a property by you (the agent who hired us) are ok. This includes for example using them on MLS, social media in print. You can also share the images with the property owners for non-commercial purposes. Everything else is most likely excluded. We have put together a short Image License Guide for some examples.

The best way to book is to send us an email or use the contact form to send a message. To guarantee a fast response, please include the property address, the services you are interested in as well as when the property is ready to be photographed.

We primarily work in the greater Northampton/Amherst area, but we are happy to travel to (almost) any location. There are no travel fees, but for locations outside the blue area, order minimums apply. Zone 1 requires a minimum order of $ 250, Zone 2 $ 350. For locations outside those areas please send us an inquiry and we happily give you a quote.

Once your images and/or videos are completed you’ll receive an email with the details to access your media. With each listing you’ll also receive a listing page to show additional information about a property.

We know you like to have your final images rather sooner than later, so we aim to be quick. Images are delivered within 24-48 hours after the session. Videos, Floor Plans and 360 Tours can take up to 72 hours to complete. We also offer a same day delivery option for a small surcharge.

Yes! With every video or 360 virtual tour you will receive a branded and unbranded listing page. The unbranded version is fully compatible with MLS.

Yes, Florian is licensed to operate UAVs (drones) under the FAA’s Small UAS Rule (Part 107) since September 2018.

We prefer to meet in person during our first session together, so we can get a better feeling on what is important for you and how you work. However, once we had the pleasure of working with an agent, there is normally no need to join a session.
